You should go to a claims court as a last option

According to me and how I live my life, my phone is practically a super machine, it has all my business and personal contacts, all my pictures of my family, friends and even class mates is in that phone, all my favorite music and I open my email using my phone. My phone battery was failing me because it battery power was deteriorating day by day until one day it just stopped working. I was really frustrated because I was so used to it that I did not know how I was going to function without it. Buying a charger from the manufacturer was costly so I decided to buy one in eBay. When it arrived, the battery was not the right one it was for a different phone. I tried getting a hold of the seller on the phone to no avail, until I left a message and I did not get a respond in twenty four hours, I was even thinking of opting for an ebay small claims court, but the process was too long and the charger was not that costly, I just wanted a refund or the right charger. I was on my way to getting advice from a lawyer friend when I got the call, the seller apologized extensively for the error and told me that he was going to send the right battery he made an error. I was glad I was not going to have to go to court because of that so when I got the right battery, I send the other one back and turned back on my super machine.
