The importance of advertising usable products online

There are items which are sold online and people place their orders on them and get free delivery services. These products are just the normal ones you could go get in the supermarket or buy in the suppliers companies, which are trusted. There has been a complain which was forwarded for the first time in so many years, that paypal item not as described in the internet after the item was delivered to the customer. He posted his complain on the paypal companyys web page claiming that he received an item he had not paid for online. The item had cost him a lot of money and he felt very much disappointed when he found out that the services which had been outlined did not match to his own expectations. The companies should post items online which they are sure are offering the services which have been outlined below the product, making it convenient for customers to be satisfied with the products they buy online. Paypal will have to pay for the big loss they caused to their customer, because he has sued them for selling unqualified products.
