For one to be a good caterer and people to accept the services the caterer is providing, certain qualifications should be met by the caterer. First the caterer in the Midlands should have certificate from a recognized institution that has been certified by the government that shows if the caterer is a qualified caterer or not. This is vital because catering industry is very sensitive because one is dealing with food that will be consumed by many people during events such as weddings. Unqualified persons can provide poor quality catering services that will make people have food poisoning and end up in hospitals or eventual death. The caterer should also have experience before offering catering services so that people will be able to trust and hire the catering services of the caterer. The caterer should have a license and authenticated certificate from the ministry of health that shows that one is mandated to engage in catering services. this is a must because quacks are many who fake the licenses and certificates and operate illegal catering services. licensing is of great essence because in case of any thing the service providers will be accountable and can shoulder the damages caused in the course of service provision.
