For my birthday, my parents got me a samsung propel, they had seen how I had been raving about it all the time. Anytime I would see its advert on television I would stop everything I was doing and look at it commenting at its every feature, it was an obsession. So when my dad gave me the phone, I was very happy,I even promised that I would take good care of the phone and he will not hear me asking a technician How Do I Fix My Samsung Propel? This was because I intended to take good care of the phone because I knew if the problem was software related, then that was not my fault but if it was hardware related then it would be my doing. I avoided the habit of charging the phone all the time because I knew if I did, then the battery would fail me and that was a problem that was not fixable but instead, I would have to buy a different battery. I even knew that dropping the phone all the time would also create a problem that I would not be in a position to fix because a number of things could happen like the screen breaking and that also meant getting a new one. So I kept it away from my sister who is a klutz and if she even handled it, that would be the end of it. If a program on the phone did not work well, I would take it to the manufacturer who would in turn fix the problem.
