Haggle with one man bands for better prices

Upon turning 17 the only thing I could think about was getting my driving licence and having my own little bit of freedom. I was still at college and had only a part time job I was earning about £50 per week. I had saved up my wages for about a year and had enough to pay upfront for my first 20 lessons hopefully 20 would be enough for me to be ready for my test. I shopped around for Driving Lessons Birmingham and I was astonished at how cheap I was able to find them. I had been told they would be about £25 per hour, however after digging through he internet I found some very competitive prices, the deal I settled for was believe it or not, a one man band instructor as I was able to pay 20 lessons upfront he really lowered the price down to £12 per hour, I would recommend to anyone to save up as it allows you to haggle with the instructors and get the lessons half price, or at least at a very good discount.
