In news bulleting everyday in a television and radios is accidents. Accidents are on rise because of reckless driving. Some of drivers who cause deaths on road are people who drive when they are drug and its most dangerous thing to do since it leads to accident. The highest numbers who are reported to cause accidents are people who haven’t attended classes and lessons for driving. Those people who love to drive and those who want to purchase cars should visit institutions and colleges which teach people how to drive safely so they can be trusted on roads since they are qualified drivers. The driving test abroad is only given to those people who have gone through all topics of driving. They are given test which proves they have understood everything about cars and driving. If all people who want to drive on road go for lessons and test many accidents will not be reported and number of deaths will reduce. Ignorance is what makes people not to attend classes but if they do they will be given license which shows are allowed on roads. Drivers should take precautions of driving and that’s by attending lessons and it takes only few weeks or at least one month. |

Teenagers can be the most frustrated people in the society. This is because a lot of changes are taking place in their lives and they do not understand what is happening to them and so does the people surrounding them, who would just say that they have started acting strangely. These strange behaviors are due to hormones. The good thing about being a teenager is that they can start dating and they are old enough to start working. Another amazing thing is that they can be allowed to have their own motor vehicle. This comes with a few conditions from the parents and the state too. The state will require them to have insurance for their car, and will also require that they have a driver permit and when they are driving they should have someone who has a license. Their parents or guardians will require them to be able to fill their own fuel tank and pay their insurance. Both the parents or guardians and the state will require them to drive while they are sober and never go to restricted areas. |

We all love cars. Even young children especially boys are fascinated with them. Cars take us places we otherwise can not take ourselves in any given day. Someone was once heard saying that to him cars are life! Well i think that is a bit extreme but i admit that cars are very important in our every day life. Take for example when one is unwell and they need to be rushed to hospital it is either personal or an ambulance that will be used. It is for this reason that emphasis is put on paying car tax. The amount of tax one pays depends on a number of factors such as the amount of carbon dioxide the car emits and also its size. One can pay tax through the net, that is online, tax can also be paid in revenue offices or in a post office. Paying car tax at post office is simple and efficient. You will need to have your car registration number, your license and MOT number. Once you have filled the tax forms, the next step is to make the payments which can either be in cash or cheque. Your work at this point is done and in a week or so you will get your payment receipts. |

I live in a country where one of the major rules in driving in my country is keep left and yet I have married a man who comes from a country where when they drive they keep one the right. We have been married for two years and he still has not gotten used to driving in my country, in fact, he detests the idea. He only drives when I cannot drive and when there is an emergency, the other times he takes the subway or the bus. The other night, we were watching late night news and they featured a foreigner who was caught with a fake uk driving licence. My husband could not understand why someone would go to the extent of getting a fake driving license so that they ca drive. He says that the roads are so narrow, there are parking spots by the road sides, making the road even narrower and thus causing traffic. As you can see, he is an ethnocentric attitude thinking that his culture is better than other cultures. He had to move to this other side because of work and me of course. That night, he said that even if they held a gun to his head, he would never get a fake driving license of a country which his driving experience is like a nightmare he never wakes up from. |

Upon turning 17 the only thing I could think about was getting my driving licence and having my own little bit of freedom. I was still at college and had only a part time job I was earning about £50 per week. I had saved up my wages for about a year and had enough to pay upfront for my first 20 lessons hopefully 20 would be enough for me to be ready for my test.
